1. How to receive a consultation:
Call us at (718) 321-0300. All telephone consultation is free of charge and operates Mon-Fri, from 10 am – 6 pm. If you need to see our investigators in person, please arrange an appointment after consultation.

2. Confidentiality:
All the telephone calls and visitations are strictly confidential whether we take the case or not. Only the CEO knows the entire case story and the assigned investigators only know information necessary for their assigned jobs.

3. How do I start?
We take a 50% fee when we take on the case and receive the other 50% when we finish.

4. How much is the cost?
Every case is different. Please call us for details.

5. Can I investigate people I am not related to?
Yes, we investigate any person or business entity.

6. I need proof for a court proceeding :
Any report issued by our company is accepted by any court. We are licensed private investigators and we can be a witness in any court proceeding.
